People Skills- I have a passion for people.  I work well with people and there are few people who I do not naturally click with and relate to immediately.  I am very empathetic, so I am able to help people feel comfortable and open up quickly. 

Communication Skills- Communication is a learned skill, and while there is always room for improvement, I feel that my communication skills are well developed.  I understand that there is much more to communication than just talking.  When it comes to dealing with clients, communication is frequently mostly listening.  Sometimes the best way to earn a potential client's business is by simply listening to their wants, needs, or desires.  They will more than likely walk away from the conversation feeling as though you just gave them the best conversation they have ever had. 

Leadership Skills- I have always been a natural leader.  I find it easy to see what needs to be done, and do what is necessary to get it done.  I am good at motivating and organizing a group.  I am continually working to improve my leadership skills by reading books written by respected leaders and attending leadership seminars.  One of the most influencial leaders in my life is John Maxwell.  I attend one of his seminars annually.
